Our new Student Spotlight is on Ms. Helen. She is an 18 yr. old 1st Degree Black Belt known around the dojo as Ms. “Zoo Loo”. She has been training here at RSKA with us for 5 years now. Training in open hand forms is her favorite aspect of Karate. She is also a big fan of weapons forms. She has been an Assistant Instructor for some time and is great at helping others learn. Outside of Karate she enjoys making her own jewelry and reading. In a few weeks’ time she will begin her college education at Carnegie Mellon University pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science. She will be back in the dojo training with us during her Winter and Summer breaks. Congrats Ms. Zoo Loo!!!
